SILICONE MATERIALS WE COLLECT

We are committed to collecting and recycling a wide range of silicone rubber materials from diverse industrial sources. These include industrial silicone waste, silicone rubber scrap, hose pipes, insulator scrap, obsolete silicone inventory, and silicone-based e-waste such as remote control keypads and other electronic silicone components, ensuring responsible recycling and sustainable resource utilization.

RISE TO RECYCLE

India’s growing use of electronic devices is leading to a rapid rise in e-waste generation. According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), India generated 12,54,286.55 metric tonnes of e-waste in FY 2023–24, increasing to 13,97,955.59 metric tonnes in FY 2024–25.

With the implementation of the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, the country has made significant progress in formal recycling. Around 61.94% of e-waste was officially collected, dismantled, and recycled in FY 2023–24, improving to 70.71% in FY 2024–25.

As electronic consumption continues to grow, responsible recycling of electronic and industrial materials is essential to reduce landfill pressure and protect the environment.

Through the Ecovalley Recycling Program, every tonne of recycled silicone rubber helps reduce environmental impact by saving CO₂ emissions, energy, crude oil, and valuable landfill space, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable future.

SHREDDED INTO PIECES

SORTING & SHREDDING

The collected silicone waste is sorted to remove unwanted materials and shredded into smaller pieces for processing.

High Temperature Cracking

HIGH TEMPERATURE CRACKING

The prepared silicone material is heated at high temperature in a controlled environment to break down silicone polymers into smaller compounds.

Filtration & Distillation

FILTRATION & DISTILLATION

The recovered silicone liquid is filtered and distilled to remove impurities and obtain purified silicone compounds.

Re-polymerization  Redistribution

RE-POLYMERIZATION / REDISTRIBUTION

Purified silicone compounds are processed to produce usable silicone oil or other silicone materials.

Quality Testing

QUALITY TESTING

The final products are tested to ensure they meet required quality and performance standards.

Packaging

PACKING

The finished silicone products are safely packed for storage, transportation, and supply.
