These terms govern your use of www.ecovalleyindia.com (the "Site"), operated by EcoValley Silicones Pvt. Ltd. ("EcoValley", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site describes our products and services and lets you contact us. It is an information and enquiry service. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance; placing an enquiry does not create a contract.

2. Product information

Specifications, typical values, technical data sheets and descriptions are provided for guidance. They are not a guaranteed specification and may change without notice. The specification that applies to any supply is the one stated in our written quotation and the Certificate of Analysis issued with the batch. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your application, process and regulatory requirements before use.

3. Quotes and orders

Prices, minimum quantities, lead times and delivery terms are given only in a written quotation from EcoValley. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it. Orders are accepted only by our written confirmation and are subject to our terms of sale, which we supply with the quotation.

4. Certifications and compliance statements

Statements on the Site about ISO 9001:2015, REACH and RoHS describe our management system and our declarations as at the date they were issued. Copies of the underlying certificate and declarations are available from the links in the footer and on request. They are issued on the basis of current knowledge and supplier information and are reviewed periodically.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, images, data sheets, logos and design are owned by EcoValley or its licensors. You may view, download and print material for your own evaluation of our products. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written consent. "EcoValley" and the EcoValley logo are our marks.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no automated scraping beyond what our robots.txt allows, no attempts to interfere with the Site, the contact form or the chat assistant, no submission of false or misleading enquiries, and no unlawful content.

7. The chat assistant

The chat assistant on the Site answers general questions about our products from published information. Its answers are not a quotation, a specification or technical advice, and may contain errors. Any commercial or technical matter should be confirmed with our team by email or phone.

8. Third-party links and content

The Site links to third-party sites, including LinkedIn and map providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available and accurate but do not guarantee either. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, and may update these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the current version.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoValley is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability for products supplied is governed by the terms of sale that accompany the quotation, not by these terms.

11. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
